Pretty Crap Day Out

It didn't start well, not sure why, but PCC was not riding particularly well and got very frustrated with traffic - every light was on red, every tractor, caravan, motor home and horse and cart seemed to be against us!!!!

Mrs C was really enjoying herself, which was great and encouragement for me to shut the f&ck up seemed to work.

Went out in to Cheshire and over to Warrington to see Dad.

Out through Holt and Farndon and then over Broxton and down the A49 all the way to Stockton Heath.

 

Then off for a visit to see Mum and she was all fine, with the grave very neatly attended to.....

A little stop for lunch at the Nags Head, for  a completely crap pint and the meal (Sunday roast) was very average to say the least - won't be eating there again. I think we were a bit unlucky as about 50 people were in before us so we got the scraggy ends of the food.

Back home to complain about the crap ride out and crap lunch. We didn't even stop for our traditional pint at the GL, just straight home and out for a walk with Stanley.

A day not to be repeated, but glad its out of the way before Germany
